By accessing and using the services of Hanuman Tours and Travels, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. Full payment must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. 7–14 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: No refund. All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Hanuman Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, appropriate insurance, and comply with all local laws and regulations at the destination.
Hanuman Tours and Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from services provided by third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chikkaballapura, Karnataka.
